This fee includes hotel accommodation and meals (meals from Saturday, September 25, till Sunday, September 26, noon).  The registration fee is $170.00 per person for onsite registrations. 

Attached is the registration form. We are putting together a website for the conference, from which our sisters may download the form as well .

  
How To Register
For facility of information dissemination and coordination, we would like to request for each area to appoint a Conference Coordinator (CC) whom our Conference Secretariat, headed by CFC Nennette Medina/Rita Catama and HOLD Olivia Gonzaga, can directly link up with.  Kindly submit the name and email   address of your area’s appointed CC’s to us as soon as possible.

 
We will appreciate if you can have each of your area delegates submit the Registration Form together with their $50 deposit to your Area CC, who will consolidate all the payments and forward only one (1) area check, payable  to CFC, to our Secretariat . For quicker, more efficient and economical exchange of communication, correspondence may be best made via email, except for the registration forms which should be mailed with the payment.

Airline Arrivals
The Hyatt Reston Hotel is only minutes away from Dulles International Airport (Dulles).  If you’re flying in, we strongly encourage you to fly into Dulles rather than Reagan National and BWI, as there will be no shuttle service provided into and out of National and BWI.   For those flying via American Airlines (AA), there is a 

10% discount if booked at least   30 days before travel date or 5% if less than 30 days.  Applicable airports are Dulles, Reagan National and BWI (again, we recommend Dulles airport!).   The AA discount code is   #9394AQ for the HOLD conference - dates covered are 9/21-29.  Call 800-433-1790 to book and mention the code. 

Taxi Service
The hotel provides a complimentary shuttle service to/from Dulles every hour, from 5:45am till 10:00pm daily.  
Operated by Airport Taxi Management the taxi service from Dulles Airport to any destination is available on the lower level near each exit

 
Registration Packet
See above for registration times. Your registration packet will include a program, a name badge and meal tickets.  You must wear your name badge at all times during the conference and present the appropriate meal ticket.  You will not be admitted to any conference event without your badge.  Your tickets fit conveniently into your badge case - use it to store them throughout the conference!

Lost tickets, badges, meal tickets, and ID badges will not be replaced.  Please wear your badge at all times during the conference.  Likewise, please safeguard your meal tickets and write your name on them so that they may be returned to you, if found.

 
General Conference Guidelines:

  • All events will begin promptly at the times scheduled.  Please be courteous to your fellow sisters by arriving on time.
  • Please be courteous to the speakers and to your fellow sisters by filling in the seats in the front of the room, unless officially reserved, and toward the middle of each row, first.  Saving seats at conference meals or in meetings for others is discouraged.
  • Smoking is prohibited at all events and inside the hotel
  • Information about places of worship, childcare services, sightseeing tours, etc., may be obtained at the registration desk.

 
What to Wear:
Reston’s summer days are cool, temperature in the lows upper 80s and highs in the upper 90s.   Bring along a jacket or a sweater to wear in the meeting rooms. 

After Conference Tours
Extend your stay to tour around the town's Historical Places! The Hotel is extending a Special Conference rate on Sunday, Sept 26!  The Hyatt Reston Hotel is a few minutes drive away from many tourist sites in Washington, D.C., and is 10 miles away from the new HAZY (Air and Space) Museum.  The Hotel is nestled right at Reston Town Center, which has 45 shops with names such as Pottery Barn, Ann Taylor, William Sonoma, etc. and over 18 restaurants-including Panera Bread Company (which is right in the Hyatt), Angelo and Maxies and Morton's of Chicago.  Also in the vicinity is a 13-screen movie theater.  Guests can also enjoy the live jazz at the hotel's lounge.  The Potomac Mills and Leeseburg Factory Outlets are less than an hour’s drive away, for those who may be interested to shop.
